THE SHORT ANSWER

Use store.pollen-robotics.com, reached from the manufacturer’s website. At our September 7, 2026 check, the official listing described preorders and targeted first deliveries before Christmas 2026; a target is not a guaranteed arrival date.

01

Follow the manufacturer’s route to checkout

Names, logos and search advertisements can be copied. Start at the manufacturer’s Microduck product page and follow its purchasing link. Compare the complete hostname, not just the words “Pollen Robotics” in a page heading. This guide links to the store confirmed from the official press kit. Microduck Café is an independent information site and never collects your order or payment.

02

Separate announcement timing from your order

A launch date tells you when the product was announced. A preorder opening tells you when orders began. A first-delivery target describes an intended milestone. None of those, alone, tells you when a new order will reach your address. Look for the estimate attached to your selected product, destination and order, and save that wording with your confirmation.

03

Check your destination before planning a project

The official listing names launch markets including the US, Canada, EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland, Japan and South Korea. Availability can change. A country appearing in a language or currency menu is not sufficient evidence that your particular delivery address is supported. Verify the address at checkout and ask the seller about uncertain import or delivery requirements before you rely on a fixed schedule.

04

A short buying checklist

Confirm the exact color and pack contents. Read the final amount, applicable taxes and delivery charge. Review cancellation and return terms for a preorder. For a class, event or gift, create a backup plan if the robot arrives later than hoped. Use the simulator and reading guides while waiting; they let you build understanding without making the hardware arrival date the start of every activity.
